Hey again!

I’m Dominique Calaguas, a Product Designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. ☺️

I graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and my most recently completed contract was with a generative AI, social startup. I’m currently on the hunt for more full-time opportunities in product design!

I’ve always loved art and video games ever since I was little, and this cultivated into a love for design over the years as I was able to metamorphose my favorite hobbies into my greatest skill.

In a world of technology that’s constantly evolving, I found my niche in product design – a space where art and psychology converge to create solutions that genuinely enhance lives. I come from a background in graphic design and marketing, and I was driven to product in particular because it feels really exciting and rewarding to learn more about people’s goals and desires, and then be able to help them achieve their aspirations by crafting solutions that are as beautiful as they are functional.

While working in the product sphere, I hope to bridge the gap between creativity and functionality, infusing user-centric designs with a splash of empathy.
